A Talk at Harvard's Davis Center about Corrupt Rule in Varna and the Political Instability in Bulgaria

Participants in a round table about the upheavals in Bulgaria learned about The Sea Garden of Varna, about the fight against  corruption in Varna, and about Plamen Goranov - who set himself on fire to save his city. The discussion was organized by the Davis Center for Eastern Europe at Harvard and generated large interest among the scholarly community. Sadly, Plamen Goranov passed away on March 3, 2013.
